Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Holy Land Treasures. Your happiness is our top priority.

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Holy Land Treasures purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Returns received after the 14-day period will be shipped back to the customer at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

Please note that only items purchased directly from holyland-treasures.com are eligible for returns. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other distributors. If the return is not due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep all packaging materials, including the box and bubble wrap, to ensure safe return of the items.

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected]. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. All returned items must be insured for their full value, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact our Customer Care Team immediately (within 24 hours) if any items are damaged due to shipping. To report the damage, submit a detailed description, including photos, via email to the Customer Care Team. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and address it promptly.

If damages are not reported within this 24-hour time frame, we will not be able to initiate a return process for you. Be sure to keep the damaged item and its packaging. If the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item or the item was damaged upon receipt), we will refund the total order amount, including shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or personalized items. We also cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards. Products that are not eligible for return will not be sent back to the sender and will not qualify for a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch with us.

Incorrect Addresses

If an order is refused, marked return to sender, or deemed undeliverable by the carrier due to an incorrect address or other issues, the customer should contact us immediately. A refund for the purchase price of the products will be issued once the package is received at our facility. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be given for orders confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided.

Delivered Packages Confirmed by Carrier

Once an Order (package) is confirmed by the shipping carrier as delivered, the package becomes the customer’s responsibility. No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered by the shipping carrier to the address the customer has provided in an order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know once the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
